School Choice Public Hearing Set for 5/27/14

This just in!  The Greenfield School Committee has scheduled a Public Hearing, about their recent decision not to allow new students to choice into Greenfield schools next year, for Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at 6:30PM, in the Greenfield Middle School Cafeteria.

The Town Council extends an invitation to all interested members of the public to attend the Ways and Means Committee meeting on November 14, 2012, 6:00 pm at GCTV-15, 393 Main Street.  Vice-President Wisnewski will be making a PowerPoint Presentation proposing a Split Tax Rate for the Town of Greenfield.

Representative Denise Andrews and representatives from foreclosure prevention programs from across the region will come together, on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, to spread the news about resources available to homeowners facing or at-risk of foreclosure.  The town hall meeting is the second forum in a series of events for local residents.  Speakers will briefly introduce their programs and there will be time afterwards for homeowners to meet individually with program representatives.

Absentee Ballots Available for 5/1/12 Debt Exclusion Vote

Absentee Ballots are available for the Special Town Election which will be held May 1, 2012. Voters are reminded the last day to apply for an absentee ballot for this election is 12:00 noon on Monday April 30, 2012. Voters may vote at the Town Clerk's Office until that date and time or may request an absentee ballot by mail. Requests for Absentee Ballots should be submitted well in advance of the Election date.  For information on how to apply, call the Town Clerk’s Office at 772-1555 x 112.  The Greenfield Town Clerk’s Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
