Greenfield Ways & Means Meeting --- April 10, 2017

At this meeting, Mayor Martin, Greenfield Finance Director Lane Kelly, & Greenfield Town Accountant Elizabeth Braccia explained a planned restructuring of the Accounting, Human Resources, & Finance Departments.  Committee members then asked questions about this plan as it relates to the mayor's proposed Fiscal Year 2018 Operating Budget.

Greenfield Ways & Means Meeting --- March 15, 2017

At this meeting, the Greenfield Town Council Ways & Means Committee voted to approve most of the mayor's proposed Fiscal Year 2018 Capital Budget.  Committee members removed $30,000 intended to replace guardrails and held off on some appropriations for the town clerk and public works until more information is provided to the council.

Greenfield Ways & Means Meeting --- May 23, 2016

This meeting of the Greenfield Town Council's Ways & Means Committee included deliberation about the mayor's proposed 2017 Operating Budget and votes on recommendations to the full council regarding it.  As part of this process, proposals to cut approximately $200,000 from the budget were adopted.

The Greenfield Human Rights Commission will host Greenfield Public Schools Superintendent Jordana Harper on Monday evening, April 11, 2016, at 6PM, at the Greenfield Town Hall, for a discussion regarding an incident that took place on March 14th, at or about 7:45AM to 8AM, at Greenfield High School, involving at least 8 students, the school resource officer, and other GHS staff members.

The Greenfield Human Rights Commission will continue their Community Forum on Civility, Sensitivity, Speech, & Race on Monday, January 11, 2016, at 6PM, at Greenfield Town Hall.  It is anticipated that the commission will formulate, and make formal, recommendations to the mayor, police chief, town council, and the community at large at the conclusion of this meeting.
