Greenfield Ways & Means Meeting --- May 15, 2018

Last night, in a short meeting, committee members discussed their recommendation regarding the mayor's proposed Fiscal Year 2019 Operating Budget.  The full council will vote on the allocations, and any amendments, at a special meeting on May 23rd.

Greenfield Ways & Means Meeting --- May 1, 2018

On Tuesday night, committee members looked at departmental allocations in the mayor's proposed Fiscal Year 2019 Operating Budget having to do with infrastructure, including the Department of Public Works (DPW) and the Franklin Regional Transit Authority (FRTA).

HRC to Address Hope Street Harassment

The Greenfield Human Rights Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday evening, June 13, 2016, at 6PM, at the Greenfield Town Hall, on an alleged series of antisemitic threats and harrasment directed at businesses and residents of the Hope Street area.

Superintendent to Address Human Rights Commission

The Greenfield Human Rights Commission will host Greenfield Public Schools Superintendent Jordana Harper on Monday evening, April 11, 2016, at 6PM, at the Greenfield Town Hall, for a discussion regarding an incident that took place on March 14th, at or about 7:45AM to 8AM, at Greenfield High School, involving at least 8 students, the school resource officer, and other GHS staff members.

The Greenfield Human Rights Commission will continue their Community Forum on Civility, Sensitivity, Speech, & Race on Monday, January 11, 2016, at 6PM, at Greenfield Town Hall.  It is anticipated that the commission will formulate, and make formal, recommendations to the mayor, police chief, town council, and the community at large at the conclusion of this meeting.
