The Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) invites town officials to a workshop to learn about federal funding for roads and bridges (funding allotment and funding process) and other state funding sources for road and infrastructure projects (MassWorks, STRAP, Chapter 90) and your town’s responsibilities. "The Roads and Bridges of Franklin County: A Transportation Funding Primer" will be held Thursday, March 20th, from 7 to 9pm, at the Olver Transit Center in Greenfield (snow date: March 27th, from 7 to 9pm).
