Representative Denise Andrews and representatives from foreclosure prevention programs from across the region will come together, on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, to spread the news about resources available to homeowners facing or at-risk of foreclosure.  The town hall meeting is the second forum in a series of events for local residents.  Speakers will briefly introduce their programs and there will be time afterwards for homeowners to meet individually with program representatives.

GCTV's Money Doctor on the Radio

“The Money Doctor”, with Frances Rahaim, Ph. D., is a brand new personal finance show that will premiere on Cable Channel 15 next week. The program will feature Dr. Rahaim interviewing people she helped to get out of debt and interviews with local businesses covering a wide variety of helpful topics.  In preparation for her TV debut, today Dr. Rahaim was featured live on Bear Country 95.3’s “Bear in the Morning” show with Kevin Collins.  No stranger to radio, having been doing her own show in that medium for quite a while, her conversation with Kevin focused on all things local, highlighting the best in our area, including many compliments directed at GCTV.

If you missed that interview, be sure to tune in to “The Valley’s Morning Show”, on 98.3 WHAI, on Monday when Dr. Rahaim will be dispensing advice, and talking about her new show, with host Jay Fidanza, sometime between 7:45 and 8:45am.
