According to a 2010 Massachusetts Community & Banking Council report by Jim Campen, black homebuyers in Greater Boston were 3.1, & Latinos were 2.5, times more likely to get their lending in the form of a high interest loan than their white counterparts, and most of these were in Springfield & Chicopee.
