Just prior to the 4th Annual Parade of Lights, a new Greenfield Winter Carnival event took place on the town common.  MEGAdance fitness program particpants strutted their stuff and even taught willing onlookers a few moves.

Biking for Buddies 2016

Please join Big Brothers Big Sisters of Franklin County (BBBS-FC) on Sunday, July 24, 2016, for a morning of cycling through the scenic hills of Franklin County.  With your $40 registration fee there are 3 rides to choose from and discounts are available for children who participate.  The event features a family friendly 10 mile ride in addition to 25 and 50 mile routes.  As usual, the event will begin and end on the campus of Northfield Mount Hermon School in Gill.

Due to a robust interest in the 2016 Historic Deerfield Winter Lecture Series, In Harm's Way: Conflict and Captivity Before the French and Indian War, the March 20th and April 24th talks will be moved to a new venue.  Both events will be held at Garonzik Auditorium, in the Koch Science Center, on the campus of Deerfield Academy.
