A Salute to our Producers

The July 4th holiday has gotten us thinking about independence, specifically our independent producers.  We wouldn't have such a robust diversity of content airing on Cable Channel 15 if it weren't for these folks.  As a public access station, we don't pay for content.  That means the people who produce shows for us are doing it on their own time and dime.  They come up with the ideas, learn how to use our equipment, record whatever they need, and edit their programs together.  We make that easy to do by providing our cameras and expertise free of charge.  Work

The Importance of Independent Media

As a community television station, independence is at the core of what we do.  We are cable access, which means we help all kinds of people get their voice heard and do what they want to do---not what someone else tells them they should.  We respect the freedom of speech and air political and social content from the Left, Right, and Center.  Programs on Cable Chanel 15 can be radical, conservative, fictional, documentary, musical, appropriate for young children, educational, and much more.
