Greenfield Town Council Meeting --- December 13, 2018

At last night's special meeting, many members of the public turned out to hear plans for, and comment on, the city building a new library.

Last night, members of the Greenfield Board of Assessors and town staff helped councilors tackle the Fiscal Year 2019 Tax Classification.  In addition, our local officials debated allocating additional money for inspection departments and heard public comment about building a new library.

In advance of the Massachusetts General Election, that will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, the Greenfield Town Clerk’s Office would like to advise residents that the last day to register to vote, or change their address or party affiliation, is Wednesday, October 17th.  In addition, absentee ballots are now available and can be applied for through noon on Monday, November 5, 2018.
