Last night, commissioners held a public hearing on emergency shelter and discussed the Anti-Stigma Campaign, Greenfield Pride Parade 2018, police body cameras, and the fact that May is National Mental Health Awareness Month, Foster Care Month, & Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.

Greenfield Human Rights Commission Meeting --- April 9, 2018

On Monday night, commissioners held a public hearing on homelessness, discussed an invitation to attend the Greenfield Center for Wellness Grand Opening, and recognized April as National Autism Awareness Month, Child Abuse Awareness Month, Black Women's History Month, & Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Month.

HRC To Hold Public Hearing On Fuel Assistance Crisis

On Monday, February 10, 2014, at 6PM, in the Greenfield Town Hall meeting room, the Greenfield Human Rights Commission will hold a public hearing on the fuel assistance funding crisis and invites the participation of those residents whose fuel assistance award may be exhausted, or nearly exhausted, as well as all other county residents.

Public Hearing About Homeless Families to be Held Monday

On Monday, November 18, 2013, at 6:00 PM in the Greenfield Town Hall meeting room, the Greenfield Human Rights Commission will hold a public hearing on the issue of the recent surge of homeless families housed by the state at the Quality Inn and Days Inn in Greenfield. Specifically, the public hearing will seek testimony on how this state of affairs came to be, the relief and support services provided to these families, and the support needs required by Greenfield as a host community.
