Could Greenfield be a Sanctuary City?

Adapted from a Greenfield Human Rights Commission (HRC) press release:

On Monday, December 12th, at 6PM, during their regular meeting, the Greenfield Human Rights Commission will hold a public forum on what a Sanctuary or Safe Zone is, how one can be effective in reaffirming Greenfield's policy of diversity, and how it can be enforced.  The commission understands that many members of the public are interested in this and that two nearby cities have already created sanctuary for immigrants.  There is a special urgency for this in our town due to the fact that our largest agricultural businesses employ seasonal workers from all over.
