This panel discussion relates to the trial of Juliana v. United States, in which 21 young people have sued the federal government for environmental policies that they allege endanger their constitutional right to a healthy future.

At last night's special meeting, many members of the public turned out to hear plans for, and comment on, the city building a new library.
