Getting Things Started Off Right!

Our Station Manager has been compiling our usage statistics for 2011, in preparation for our Annual Board Meeting this coming Tuesday, January 31st, at 6pm in our studio.  Our board meetings are open to the public and we encourage you to attend.

Preparing for that meeting prompted us to look at our stats so far this year and we're happy to report that we've been very busy!  Just this week alone we've had producers working on 19 different programs.  They had 31 equipment reservations, spent more than 40 hours on our editing computers, and did 4 shoots in our studio---including one for a brand new show.

We'll tell you more about the new shows in development as they begin to air on Cable Channel 15 but, for now, we'd like to draw your attention to a newer show that is already on GCTV.  Reba Rasbury recently began bringing the wacky sense of humor and interesting view of life with which she imbues her radio show "Let it Rip" (WMCB 107.9-lpFM) to a television show of the same name.  You can catch it  Saturdays at 11pm and Wednesdays at 1am (it's not recommended for our younger viewing audience, even though puppets do put in an appearance---see the picture below of Reba editing her show).  You can also check out Reba's Youtube
Channel
for more quirky stuff.
