Greenfield Announces CodeRED Test Call

Mayor William F. Martin announced that the first community-wide testing of Greenfield’s new emergency notification system, CodeRED, would commence this evening to all residents and businesses currently registered in the system.

GOOD EVENING.

THIS IS GREENFIELD MAYOR BILL MARTIN CALLING TO LAUNCH OUR FIRST TEST FOR THE NEW EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM CALLED CODE RED. THIS CALL IS GOING OUT TO ALL RESIDENTS AND BUSINESS TELEPHONE NUMBERS CURRENTLY IN OUR SYSTEM.

WE HAVE LICENSED CODE RED TO ADD ANOTHER NOTIFICATION PROCESS FOR THE DISPURSEMENT OF IMPORTANT AND CRITICAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND SAFETY.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL RESIDENTS AND BUSINESS OWNERS TO REGISTER YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION INCLUDING ADDITIONAL PHONE NUMBERS, TEXT AND EMAIL ADDRESSES AND PROPERTY ADDRESS TO ENSURE OUR DATA FOR YOU IS ACCURATE AND CURRENT. THIS INFORMATION IS PROTECTED AND PRIVATE AND WILL REMAIN SO.
