Busy, Busy, Busy

Whew! Once again we are looking back on all of the productions that we had a hand in this week, and making plans to cover several high profile events in the coming days, and wondering how we manage to fit everything in.  Starting right in on Monday morning, and continuing throughout the week, The Dukes of Sports, Franklin County Varsity Sports Report, Live Spirits, Flyby News, and Greenfield After Dark (new, not online yet) all produced new episodes of their shows.  In addition, we began training representatives of two local organizations so that they can start producing content.  We also had one producer in here for many hours working on a new, as yet unnamed, music program.

In between assisting all of the aforementioned folks, our staff recorded the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce Luncheon yesterday and a public meeting about the Nash's Mill River Bridge last night.  We'll get a short break on Saturday and Sunday, and most of our staff is off on Monday, but then our executive director will be up early on Memorial Day, filming the town's ceremony honoring those who gave their lives to protect our country.  When we regroup on Tuesday, we will be filming special meetings of both the Greenfield School Committee and Greenfield Town Council in addition to hosting our monthly board meeting.  Finally, next Friday, GCTV staffers will film the Children's Advocacy Center (CAC) Breakfast in the morning and Greenfield High School's graduation festivities in the evening.  If you are unable to attend that last event, don't worry.  We plan on turning the video around quickly and making it available to watch online sometime on Saturday.

With so much going on, we feel there's something for everyone to watch.  Be sure to stay tuned to Cable Channel 15, and check out all of the offerings here on our website, for great new content.
