The 171st Franklin County Fair Parade September 5, 2019

The 171st Franklin County Fair Parade September is the kick off celebration for that fair. Watch as floats, bands, horses, and so many excited people walk to the fairgrounds. Tom Dillon and Russ Brown host GCTV's broadcast of the festivities. This year's theme is "Let the Good Times Grow!"
